　中山醫院直腸外科醫師徐弘今天說，日前收治一名3歲男童感染俗稱菜花的尖頭濕疣，懷疑小男孩上公廁時接觸病毒，經手傳染。

　徐弘說，菜花一般發生在生殖器，較少長在直腸及肛門，男童3個月前被媽媽帶到公園玩，曾因肚子痛到公廁解便，最近吵著屁股不適，男童母親原以為是便秘，直到發現男童肛門長出肉色小丘疹且發出異味，就醫才發現孩子的肛門長菜花。

　他表示，臨床上超過9成菜花的患者是經由不當性行為傳染，近半年門診治療的肛門罹患菜花的患者約增加2成，以大學生或上班族為主。

　他提醒，引起菜花的人類乳突病毒第6、11等型，只有60%的感染人會在2年內出現症狀，沒有症狀也有傳染力。

　徐弘建議，除了安全性行為，民眾出入公共浴廁使用毛巾或馬桶，應注意是否清潔乾淨，可先以熱水燙洗擦拭消毒，避免接觸傷口，這樣感染的機率微乎其微。1021031
