《通信網路》專利戰英再敗諾基亞，宏達電：立即上訴

諾基亞和宏達電(2498)的專利訴訟又有最新發展，繼日前美國國際貿易委員會(ITC)初判敗訴後，根據最新外電指出，英國高等法院也判定，宏達電侵犯諾基亞相關專利，宏達電表示，對於英國高等法院今日判定HTC侵害Nokia公司EP0998 024專利，公司對此判決表示遺憾並會立即上訴以爭取對公司有利之最終判決。

根據外電報導，本次被判侵權的專利為EP0998 024，024為晶片內訊號調變結構的相關設計，據悉諾基亞未來除了有可能要求權利金經濟賠償，也會要求對宏達電相關智慧機種在英國市場禁售，相關機種hTC Wildfire、hTC One、Windows Phone hTC 8X /8S等較舊的機款。
